Exchanges & Refunds
Refund/Exchange Policy
We strive to provide the highest quality products and ensure your satisfaction. If you have any concerns or issues with your purchase, please contact us here immediately. We are here to help and will work with you to find a solution.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. Please note that if the period of 30 days has lapsed, we can't, unfortunately, offer you an exchange or refund unless the product is shown to be defective during use.
The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Candle Products
The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange or refund:
- Product is defective
- Product is not as described
We do our best to describe all products in detail, but we also understand how difficult it is to pick out a candle scent based on the description alone. If you are unhappy with your product selection, please contact us here and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Bath and Body Products
Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on bath and body products. If you are unhappy with your product selection, please contact us here and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Sale and Clearance Items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless defective.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
Shipping Damages
If upon arrival, any part of your order is damaged, please contact us here as soon as possible and include your order number and a description of the damage within 30 days of the purchase date. We may ask you to send photographs of the damage. Once product is removed from its original protective packaging, we are not responsible for any further damage due to improper handling.
Return Shipping
In order to return an order, you must contact us first. You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label. You will not need to pay for shipping.You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase.Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not do an exchange or refund.
