SHIPPING TERMS

We offer free shipping for all lower 48 US orders over $75.00. Orders under $75.00 will be charged a flat $9.00 shipping charge. Expedited shipping can be chosen at checkout & is calculated at the carrier rate.


PROCESSING TIMES 

Please note that all orders will take 1-2 business days to process prior to shipping from our location (located in Atlanta, GA), regardless of the shipping method selected.

US SHIPPING

In order to protect your purchased products, during the summer months we will only ship Monday - Wednesday. This ensures that your candles and other items that could melt, don't sit in hot trucks over the weekend. This policy is in effect from June 1 - September 30.

Free shipping takes 3-5 business days after your order is processed (1-2 business days). If you require expedited shipping, you will be required to pay for overnight or 2nd day air shipping.

If inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address for example).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

You (customer) are responsible for shipping and any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

PACKAGE TRACKING

If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to have them investigate the issue.
